I was surprised....
tonight at dinner.

When my dad mentioned
that I hadn't updated my Photo a Day
in a looooooooong time.

I know I hadn't.
and when I went to look tonight.
I see it's been 4 WEEKS! WHA?!
it's been a crazy few weeks to say the least.

but I was so excited that MY DAD
read my blog!!!!

i am so in LOVE with this collab.

and the kids were really excited about showing off

the night was a blast.

i love doing stuff like this with the kids.

was really different for me.

I am having a nice quiet week
and enjoying FINALLY being able
to get things done around the house.
And NOT to mention
LOOOOOTS of designing time in.
I still have lots going on.
but planning and working on things
is so much less stressful.

I took the kids last week
and we did a little
'back to school'
photo shoot.

We got some fun pictures.
I'm going to blow some up
for their bedrooms.

They've all had a great time
going back to school.
New beginnings around here
for lots of kids.
and they've all handled it really well.

I'll post those pictures tomorrow.

so ready for school to start.

i am in full
'back to school' mode.

i love back to school.
back to routine.
back to cooler temps.
back to fresh vegetables.
back to the smells of fall.
back to holidays.
back to early bedtimes.
back to bathed children.
back to school supplies.
back to new clothes.
back to homework.
back to friends.

back to school is cool.
our family thrives on routine.

i'm glad to get back into a schedule.
(and my children are too. they just don't know it yet.)

jared has been working INSANE hours.
and it's been a long couple of weeks.

however, my creative mind
hasn't been on summer break.
it just keeps thinking
and coming up with ideas
of items to create.
and i just can't keep up with it all.

so i will be happy to get back
into designing regularly.
and more importantly.......
scrapbooking.
yay!

i do however, have a new product
out this weekend.
